Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, minor differences may occur between the product shown online and the product received due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information or modify product specifications without prior notice.
Use & Care of Products
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with the product or on our website.
Natural and handcrafted products may require appropriate care to maintain their appearance and durability.
Damage caused by improper use, prolonged exposure to moisture, excessive water, unsuitable cleaning methods, accidents, alterations or normal wear and tear may not be covered under our return or replacement policy.
Promotional Offers & Discounts
From time to time, WeaBo may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes or other offers.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.
- Offers may be subject to specific terms, validity periods or product exclusions.
- WeaBo reserves the right to modify or withdraw an offer where permitted by law.
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot generally be applied retrospectively.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the WeaBo website, including but not limited to logos, brand names, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, designs, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to WeaBo unless otherwise stated.

Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, WeaBo reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any amount paid for the cancelled product will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as required under applicable law and will be reflected at checkout where applicable.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed separately during checkout.
WeaBo reserves the right to change product prices at any time. However, changes made after an order has been successfully placed will not affect the price applicable to that order, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and email address.
After successfully placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided by you.
An order confirmation indicates that we have received your order. WeaBo reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or technical errors.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Payment
We accept payment methods made available on our checkout page, which may include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and other supported payment methods.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers.
Payment information is processed by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.
An order will be processed only after successful confirmation of payment.
In case of payment failure, duplicate payment, payment reversal or any technical issue, please contact us at info@weabo.in with your order/payment details.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed and dispatched within the estimated processing time mentioned on the website or communicated to you.
Delivery timelines provided by us are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, logistical disruptions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
WeaBo shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and valid contact details.
Additional charges may apply for re-shipping an order returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts or the recipient being unavailable.
Cancellation
Order cancellation may be requested before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy
At WeaBo, each product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after 5 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:
- Exchange it for another item of equal value, or
- Issue refund (as per your preference and eligibility).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@weabo.in within 3 days of delivery.
We may request photographs, videos or other information to assess the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, WeaBo may offer a replacement, exchange, refund or another appropriate resolution.
Customised Products
Where customisation is offered, customised products will be prepared based on the specifications approved or provided by the customer & our artisans.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that names, text, measurements, colours, designs or other customisation details provided to WeaBo are accurate.
Once order is confirmed & production has commenced, customised orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.
Customised product orders may require prepayment, depending on the order quantity, customisation requirements and scope of work. The applicable payment requirement will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
WeaBo does not claim ownership of, or responsibility for, designs, artwork, images or other customisation information supplied by the customer. WeaBo’s role is limited to producing the customised product based on the customer’s instructions and approved specifications.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website:
- For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- To place fraudulent or unauthorised orders.
- To interfere with the operation or security of our website.
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- To copy or commercially exploit our website content without permission.
WeaBo reserves the right to cancel orders or restrict access where fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is suspected.

Our website may use third-party services, including payment gateways, courier companies, technology providers and other service providers.
Your use of such services may be subject to the respective third party’s terms and policies.
WeaBo is not responsible for interruptions or failures arising solely from third-party services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

WeaBo shall not be liable for losses, delays or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures or other force majeure events.

WeaBo may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms applicable to your order will generally be the Terms in effect at the time your order is placed.
